In 2016 the Panel reviewed an application from SaskEnergy to adjust its commodity and delivery service rates. The Panel's review process included public consultations, including a public meeting in Regina on June 13 which was live streamed to encourage public participation.

At the conclusion of the review process the Panel recommended an overall reduction in SaskEnergy rates as was proposed in the application, and a change to billing based on Heat Value. Cabinet subsequently approved the Panel's recommendations, with the changes taking effect November 1, 2016. All of the documents related to the review are posted below in reverse chronological order.
